Plaxis was contracted by EBA, A Tetra Tech Company, to provide assistance in setting-up a finite element model for the serviceability analysis of a micropile group to be constructed close to a existing belled pile foundation. Thanks to PLAXIS Expert Services (PES), valuable results in terms of settlement predictions under service loading have been obtained which safely validate the proposed micropile group foundation.
